Roof coatings can add many years to the service life of a roof, resulting in a "new" roof look, and when installed correctly, can solve roof leaks on almost any roof substrate. Allied is pleased to offer quality, cool roof compliant, roof coating services for both our commercial and residential customers. We offer roof coatings to cover any surface including all metal and flat roofs, and can even apply coatings on top of insulation if required, resulting in a finely finished product that will last for years. Allied offers the following roof coating services:

Coatings to Cover any Surface
Traditional Coatings; which protect the roof from exposure to UV light, water, & other weather elements, include Coal-Tar, Asphalt Emulsions, & Solvent Based Applications.
Reflective Coatings; which also protect the roof from exposure to weather processes but also have the benefit of reflecting infrared heat which can reduce roof temperature and extend the life of the roof include Water Based White Acrylic, and Reflective Aluminum Asphalt.
Maintenance Membranes; use both coating and reinforcing fabric and are generally used to stabilize a roof that will need to be replaced eventually, or to extend the life of a roof by up to 15 years.
